The wind really picks up in the afternoon. At the moment there is no recorded information on any of the weather reports however well worth checking out Turgutreis as this will give an idea of the wind in this area.
Great trick waves by the shore line. Well worth a visit to this spot. Although there is a windsurfing school in this area there is no kite surfing school. However well worth a visit as the windsurfing place will allow you to store your kite for a small charge. I was talking to them and they mentioned that in 2011 they should have some kite surfing kit available for rent.
