Easy fun spot that works for everyone, going out at low tide is a long walk across soft slippery mud.

buster ballbag is full of sh*t - dont listen to this it is obviously bullsh*t and a sad attempt at trying to stop people coming and having fun kiting a beautiful spot!

island kiteing - great place for kiteing and people, there is a few hazzards such as beach huts and not a huge amount of launching areas in summer due to groccles on the beach ,but there is plenty off room for everyone. if first time down or you are a learner dont be scared to ask one of locals for info on whear to go and what to whatch out for!

My Local Spot - This is a great spot at mid tide. i have windsurfed here for twenty years and was one of the first to start kitesurfing here seven years ago. It is friendly, although be wary of a crowded beach on hot summer high tides. Walk east four hundred yards from seaview avenue and the beach is clear. One sewage outlet, treated to very high standard, a few groynes and beach huts.
The sandbars leave areas which are a freestyle paradise. strong tide can work for or against you.
Low tide is slippery and a some sharp oyster shells to look out for - wear boots! local quick kite repairer -which is me! Good club and apart from lacking waves is a great spot.
