The lagoon doesnt work at low tide. There are several islands to explore, some of them providing excellent kiting spots. Bagasbas is also a surfing Spot, the waves are good in Summer, from April to October. During this time there are about 6 weeks of southwest monsoon when sideoffshore wind and excellent waves come together, this wind is called Habagat and is unfortunately not very reliable.
